We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.Â
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Important Information:
- Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
- Postage costs for returns and exchanges are non-refundable and must be covered by the customer.
- For exchanges (e.g., a different size or colour of the same item), standard delivery charges will apply for the replacement.
- For all other returns or reorders, delivery charges will be based on your chosen delivery method.

Damages and issues
We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
- Intimate apparel (e.g., underwear) for hygiene reasons
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Additionally, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please initiate a return for the original item. The item must be received in its original condition, including tags and packaging, before the return can be processed.
Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest processing and helps you secure the item you want.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.
